When it comes to tuning a modern fuel-injected motorcycle, you’ve got two choices: You can install a piggyback module, like a Power Commander, or get the ECU flashed by a company like FlashTune. In this episode of The Shop Manual, Ari explains the tech and discusses the pros and cons of each option.</video:description>

<video:description>If you have an early 2000's Suzuki GSXR, VStrom, SV650 or similar model, the high-pressure filter can become restricted to where you're not getting enough fuel. This can cause hesitation and stumbling under load. Replacing the filter can be expensive, however an easy bypass can be created for substantially less $$.

Parts used:
NAPA fuel filter: FIL 3023
Fuel injection hose, 5/16": NBH H349A (2 feet)
Fuel injection clamps, 5/16": BK 7051226 (Qty 4)

         <video:title>Degreeing Motorcycle Cams</video:title>
         <video:description>How I degree'd my cams on my zx10.

Tried to explain everything as best I could after a late night of getting my cams all dialed in. The only thing I think I did a poor job of explaining in the video is how to try and get your numbers you want.

Here is an example of finding numbers.
Say you got 38* & 68* when you got you intake readings here is the math you would do
38+68+180 = 286
Then devide that number by 2 and then subtract the smaller number of the 2 degree readings. So:
286/2 = 143
143-38 = 105

So say you wanted to degree you intake degree'ing to 110 the easiest way I found was this formula
(First Reading + second reading + 180) /2) - overall reading. So in the above example the formula would be
((38+68+180)/2)-105=33

That is 5* off what or original reading of 38 was. So I would go back and loosen the one cam gear bolt and then spin the motor over to when the valve opens to .040" and stops. Then loosen the other cam gear bolt and go to the other side of the motor and spin it until the degree wheel gets to 33. You can watch the cam gears move as you're turning the crank. I would then tighten up the 2 bolts, spin the motor over by hand a few times and repeat the process until I got the numbers I wanted.

Here is the link to Web Cams how to. I read this I don't know how many times when I was first trying to figure out what I was doing.

<video:title>Breaking down and rebuilding my Turbo Hayabusa</video:title>
<video:description>It was always unclear as to how much HP stock hayabusa rods could handle. I would hear 250 or up to 300hp, so I would always run low boost (235hp)... My eninge had everything else required for a turbo engine. Turbo pistons, beefy studs, spacer plate, cams etc.. I decided to go with Forged Rods, now i know that I'm good for over 300hp. My goal is 400+ safely.

Big thanks to @firemanjim911

         <video:title>TTS 350hp supercharged Hayabusa – more development</video:title>
<video:description>We've been making some improvements to our Hayabusa supercharger package, including moving the Rotrex charger even further inboard for more clearance. In this video, we show you what we've done and explain the intercooler set up.

**2022 TTS Performance supercharger package for Gen2/3 Hayabusa**

Utilising the new, counter-clockwise C30-94 supercharger from Rotrex, we've been able to simplify the kit to make it much more compact with more ground clearance. By fitting it to the left-hand side of the bike, it's also much quicker to fit (one day as opposed to 2-3 previously).

Developed on a 2009 Gen 2 Busa, this comprehensively re-engineered kit will also be available for the latest Gen 3 bikes, with power in the region of 350+hp for both models.

The full package for Gen 2 bikes is expected to be available by the end of Feb 2022.

The Gen 3 package will be available as soon as the ECU software is ready.
